Interviews With Authors

I've had great luck to work with many authors through Book Love Affair. I'm hoping to expand and do more and more interviews with authors. This page will be the navigation page to see what authors have come to visit BLA and answer a few questions. Click on the author's photo to go to the interview.

-----------------------------------------------

Interview with Seanan McGuire on 3/25/2010:
Just a week before the release of A Local Habitation, Seanan McGuire stops by Book Love Affair to answer questions for an online release party. Rather than only answering questions thought up by me, anyone can participate in the interview and celebrate the next Toby Daye novel on March 2, 2010.

Interview with Seanan McGuire/Mira Grant 11/28/2009:
In September 2009, Seanan McGuire published her first novel Rosemary and Rue. This urban fantasy debut quickly received attention as one of the best debuts of 2009. Now the multi-talented author has three new books scheduled for publication in 2010. Two are continuations of her Toby Daye series: A Local Habitation and An Artificial Night. The third will be published under the pseudonym 'Mira Grant' and will be titled Feed. As McGuire says: "Who needs sleep?"

Interview with David Wellington on 10/03/2009:
David Wellington is a well-established author of horror. He's mastered zombies and vampires. Next on his agenda are werewolves! Be sure to check him out if you're curious to see a different take on the dark beasties of popular horror/fantasy fiction.

Interview with Diana Pharaoh Francis on 09/19/2009:
Diana Pharaoh Francis may be new to the urban fantasy arena, but she sure knows her way around the fantasy shelves. With two previous series that are more traditional fantasy and a kick-ass new urban fantasy on the way, everyone should check Francis out.

Interview with Ann Aguirre on 09/05/2009:
Ann Aguirre is a woman of many talents. She's an accomplished author in both science fiction with her Jax series and urban fantasy with her Corine Solomon series--and she'll be stepping into the additional genre of romance as Ava Gray this November with her novel Skin Game. That's quite the resumé!

Interview with Evo Terra on 07/09/2009:
Evo Terra is one of the brains behind the website Podiobooks.com as well as a co-author of Podcasting for Dummies. He was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule and answer a few questions pertaining to the online serial novel and podcasting.
